Wished I received disk!!!

I wanted the disk. Now only choice is download. I used a different computer from last year and the information from last year did not carry over.

Everything works fine. I don't think TurboTax should exist, just like all 3rd party tax companies. It shouldn't be this hard to file taxes in this country, and I shouldn't have to pay extra to make it easier. Dodging upsells the whole time make the process even more frustrating.
