DID NOT LIKE HOW THE PROCESSING FEE WAS REALLY THE FEE FOR PAYING FOR THE PRODUCT WITH YOUR RETURN. MY DAUGHTERS PAID THIS IN ERROR, IF THERE IS A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT I WOULD LIKE TO BE NOTIFIED, PLEASE ELEVATE AS A PRESIDENTIAL COMPLAINT.

too many fees

Turbo Tax is very helpful but the point of it, is to save yourself money. At the end of it charging me 90 for a federal and then however much for state and THEN a 'processing fee' of $40.00 that is absurd. It's electronic, it doens't require that much 'processing' by anyone. If I was using a person to help me, that's more 'processing' which is why you charge for that service. I didn't use it, so you need to rethink your fees.

I was intimidated to complete my own taxes. After paying for the past 7 years, I decided to try TurboTax and I'm glad. The process was really easy. When I had questions, they were right there to answer. I feel like I did a great job and I no longer fear the numbers.
