The Systematic Upload of 1099 Consolidated took into account Wash Sale and HR Block did not.

Do not file with Turbotax

They always want you to no matter at which cost make you pay upgrading. They said that your first file return was going to be free. However, it is not true they force you to upgrade. Disappointed.
