Had to engage with a Manager who unraveled my issue successfully. Manager did an excellent job of tracking my problem placing me on the right track. Completed tax return finally without a problem>

Confusing new Format

Expensive

It works. Too expensive for what it is, never changed from 10 years ago. Same deceitful strategy from day one. Here, come to us, it's free. Oh by the way it's 60 for federal and 60 for state. Always works just fine but you pay for it. Acting like this is anything but thievery is insane. 120x how ever many people use your service. ??? Profit
