No help, youre on your own unless you want to buy

Terrible. No help. All upselling services. There is 0 guidelines to help you understand what youre doing. I dont even have a handful of the forms that it says I do. No Idea if I am doing this right or wrong. Oh well. Going to a real tax person next year because this was a horrible experience.

Not the Best Anymore

TurboTax used to be free. It is fair to charge a price. The cheapest option is now $140. I can give my documents to tax agents and do less work for cheaper than that. The bargain just isn’t the same. I must have not read the fine print for the new $40 charge to file the state tax with my refund. Tha’s the new one. I wonder what next year will bring.

Very easy to do. only took me 41 minutes. got me a great refund. Only charged $89. never left the house.
