They constantly try to up sell you. Even though if you make under $75,000/year you have a legal right to file for free. And when you do pay for premium they lie to you about the price they will charge you!

TurboTax just makes it easier and easier every year to file our returns. I have limited computer skills and the screen by screen application breaks down filing to something so easy even I can do it.
