In general a good product, but I had to delete and manually re-enter the info from one of my 1099-INT forms because Turbo Tax kept insisting that one of the blank boxes on the form I uploaded should have something in it. The state where I live and where the financial institution is domiciled was not even in the pull down of states to enter into that field. Ended up taking an extra hour longer than it needed to for a relatively uncomplicated return.

I've used Turbo for yearsssss , they are the best user friendly site and you dont have to be a PRO at taxes to navigate!

Terribly expensive

Horrible experience! It always takes way longer than estimated. I was forced to upgrade to premium just to submit one type of form which I haven't needed to do in the past. Fees are ridiculous for covering filing through federal return. I will likely use a different service next year.
