Costs too much money for a service which the government should provide for free. I hate that I live in a country where a middleman gets to take half of my tax return even though the IRS already knows how much I owe in taxes.

Noticed some improvements this year .. all good. I like to "what is a __?" icons to get more info. And, more deep dive options on special areas that are defined a little "grey" to IRS & I needed to read more.
