Great Tool, But the Fees Are Outrageous

TurboTax is a great tool for filing taxes, but their fees are really over the top. It feels like they're already charging you just for using the system, and then they hit you with a processing fee on top of that—when all I did was follow the prompts! It's frustrating to pay extra for something that should be included.
