Because of a glitch I went from having a $100 state return to having a $4000 underpayment. Had to delete the whole state return and start over only to end up owing $1000.

A very good product

An excellent program. It does everything that you need it to do. The only thing that I don't like is that it keeps trying to upsell you different add on services. This wouldn't be so bad if it did this one time. However, every time you log out, and log on again to work on you taxes, it ask the upsell questions again. If you can't complete the taxes, as all Federal and State forms haven't been released, it will try to upsell the same services each time.

I like the way Turbo Tax asks questions

Covers stocks, dividends, and makes downloading Schedule D easy. That's why I use Turbo Tax. Also, the identity theft protection is nice. I has my info stolen from a merchant's computer and they immediately notified me; so I could change my passwords in time !
