TURBOR TAX IS RELIABLE

I HAVE BEEN DURING MY TAXES WITH TURBO TAXES FOR OVER 11 YEARS. THIS YEAR I RAN IN TO AN INPUTING ERROR ON MY PART. I CALLED AND THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED WITHIN 25 MINUTES. THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS KNOWLEGEABLE AND PATIENT WITH ME. I AM A SENIOR AND I REALLY APPRECIATE THE KINDNESS.

TurboTax Has too many hidden fees and does not wor

A lot of hidden fees, The system has some flaws like doesn't respect your selection of state residency status, you have to do all your taxes and then check... Had to do my taxes twice for this part to work.... Considering price, I would expect way better

I been using Turbo Tax for years, and love it. But this year, I don't think it is that user friendly, and we can no longer see the refund amount while doing the credit. Please bring that function back.
