Pricing is starting to get ridiculous.

I appreciate how easy it seems, but regardless of that, the pricing is getting steeper and steeper. The cost to file with Turbo Tax, was almost triple my actual refund! Maybe it should cost a set percentage of your refund to make it more affordable (and profitable for Turbo Tax).

This year, I only give you a 2, whatever you changed from last year made it a lot more difficult to find pages I needed. Also, one bank form I scanned via the qr code to phone option, you put in the wrong state, so the zip didn't match, and I nearly couldn't file due to that error on your part

Turbo Tax Gets The Best Returns

I have used turbo tax for years. I love the options for uploading my 1099's. I used the contact use option for the first time. The return call was less than a minute. She was a huge help. My 1099-r did not have a box filled in that should have been. A+ in my opinion!

The only small negative is that TurboTax tries to up-sell to the more advanced versions way too many times during filing. Once I decline two or three times, it should not ask again. Otherwise, great product!
