So much faster and cheaper than accountant...

Fairly easy, but when it was time to file, I had to prove who I was...again...which would be fine, except that the question asked referred me back to last years taxes, asking a specific number be added from a specific line...and when I did it twice, exactly as asked, it was wrong.

Turbo Taxes is not upfront with their fees.......

I found the process hard to maneuver. I think it is a crying shame that Turbo Tax and Intuit charge senior citizens so much to do our taxes on-line. Show these charges up front instead of the end when I have struggled to complete all the tasks. I was anger when you forced the $89.00 and $40.00 on me to complete filing my taxes. Tell me up front...........
