I have used Turbo Tax for several years and have never has a problem. What I most appreciate is that every kind of income and deduction are considered even it was not a prior year entry. I have never missed anything with their thorough approach. I would recommend them very highly.

I have used TurboTax for several years and find it generally easy to use. I would like to see a short tutorial on how to upload tax info directly from banks or sources of documents such as 1099-Rs. Other than that, it is quick and easy.
