I like the disk. I am old and not good on computers. I ended up paying for 2 Turbo Tax Premium and paying for help from Just Ask.

i LIKE USING IT FROM YEAR TO YEAR, THE WAY IT GUIDES MY DECISION MAKING, PROVIDES INFORMATION IF I HAVE QUESTIONS, THE OPTION FOR HIGHER LEVEL OF SERVICE (E.G., AUDIT PROTECTION/REPRESENTATION)

Turbo Tax is Great!

So easy to use with all kinds of support for questions along the way. My taxes aren't terribly complex, but they aren't simple either, and this program makes it easy in the event of questions. I highly recommend.

Works great. I'm not worried about missing anything. Asks me way too many times if I want to upgrade, though. Annoying.
