It was tough, but we did it thanks to everyone who helped I do taxes on here all the time every year for the past at least four or five years and never had an issue like this but now I’ve officially had Help through TurboTax and they were wonderful thank you so much for all y’all do

It works well. I preferred the way last years (2023) Turbo Tax was set up. It seemed easier to move around in the program.

It is a great service in general. It did get a bit confusing when I had many 1098 forms. Hope they can improve by allowing users to select which 1098 form is most recent, rather than just 'yes' or 'no'.

Pretty good

I like how simplified it has made doing taxes. I also like how I can get my refund by direct deposit as well as make payment from the same account. The wording has become a little clearer over the years too. It's also nice not having to type in much of the same information year after year. Sometimes, I wonder if it is too simplified at the expense of missing deductions. This year the automated process skipped right over tuition that I had paid. After finding where to enter this information myself, it updated my refund and extra $1300. Had I missed this credit, I just would have left $1300 on the table, and all those nice features wouldn't have meant a thing.
