Had to restart 3 times because TurboTax doesn't integrate well with quickbooks as advertised. Support is unhelpful.

I think it was a bit absurd to have to enter the data for State estimated tax payments in the Federal section of TurboTax. That info should have been asked for where you think it should be: in the State return software. I also found it very difficult to track down and complete the Form 1116 foreign tax credit section of the Federal return.

TurboTax is a scam

You have a history of lobbying against making it easier for us to file our taxes for free. Everyone should Google "TurboTax ProPublica." That said, you also consistently try to trick users into accidentally clicking to purchase an upgraded and more expensive TurboTax product. This happened to me, and I realized the mistake as soon as the page changed, but there was no way to go back and cancel the upgrade (there had been no request for a confirmation pop up asking if I was sure I wanted to upgrade my purchase). Intuit is an immoral company. This is my last year using TurboTax.
