Turbotax for 2024

Program worked as expected --- Ran into two issues --- loop on itself --- Phone Assistance given -- help was needed to answer a question correctly (Thank you) Second issue --- was concern about usage of tax tables (Income verses Capital gains Table) Phone assistance given --- educating me on the fact that Short-Term Capital Gains uses the Income (w2) tax table brackets --- which produced a large Tax than expected. Thanks for help --- see in 2026!

Really difficult and non-verbose this year!!!!!!!!!! What did you do to the tool? Why are calculations hidden and not shown as before?
After sharing my screen with/ advisor, I could not see many entries although I stopped sharing!!! Really bad experience
