Tax Filing is Getting Better and Easier!

Filing my taxes was never easier than this. With their historical data, I don't have to keep digging for my old tax files to compare. When I'm lost, they have an easy way to help and explain any confusing details.

Fantastic first time tax filer experience!

This was my first time doing taxes on my own and my husband and I had a COMPLICATED year- with 7 jobs, a dependent, a new home, and student loans between us. We were going to hire a CPA and I decided to just try Turbo Tax and see what happened, knowing I could back out if it looked like I was messing us up. Turbo Tax made it SO easy to understand what I was doing and although it did take quite a bit of time, I appreciate the thoroughness and feel confident that I have an all around better understanding of what taxes look like in general.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments

Simple, but Intuit want to take you for a ride

While the product has been refined and is nice, there are three problems.
1) They ask too many time to upgrade to X service
2) They try to take in your information to train their AI (but dont worry they dont sell your information ::shakes head:: )
3) The fees are starting to get dumb... I am paying over 100 dollars for fed and state tax reporting and then you want another $40 to file electronically through turbo tax even though the IRS offers free efile. Intuit is going to loose customers like this
