Turbo tax needs live representative to answer tax

When there are portion on the lcc for accounting for funds that i don't have a 1099-k i went to uncommon and it was asking for variables that i don't have . I provided the amount of materials i used since i opened my 3d printing business and the room size but those were not accounted for . And i had to buy the premium to do my taxes thinking that was the option needed for helping me with my questions about filing my lcc taxes.

False Advertisement

I'm an active-duty soldier and your advertisement indicates my filing should be free. I've meet with all the requirement, but the system still charged me $89 to file. Everything in the list below matched my filing criteria.
Examples of situations included in a simple Form 1040 return
-W-2 income
-Interest, dividends or original issue discounts (1099-INT/1099-DIV/1099-OID) that don’t require filing a --Schedule B
-IRS standard deduction
-Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC)
-Child Tax Credit (CTC)
-Student loan interest deduction
-Taxable qualified retirement plan distributions
-W-2 income
-Interest, dividends or original issue discounts (1099-INT/1099-DIV/1099-OID) that don’t require filing a --Schedule B
