After more than 10 years, I'm done with TT

It's been a nightmare to use TT this year. I'm not doing anything that I haven't done for years, but this year I'm encountering things that when I google the item (like the min 1 day for bus on 2555-t error) I find that people have been having the same issue for years, and TT has never fixed it. I also had to clear my entire return because it wouldn't correct the 2210 even after i went back and made sure all items were removed and chose a different option. Hours of my life wasted. I'm using the same computer from 1 of the two locations that I have used for a couple of years now, but this year the pages are slow to load, ti took probably 10 tries to get through the efile portion without it hanging up and telling me to try again, and any time I try to click on a 'more information' link, I keep getting the 'oops, something went wrong' response. in the end, I have no faith as to whether or not my return is even close to correct, and after at least 10 years of using TT, I will be looking for a different option next year. like most services in today's market, it has 'improved' itself to the dirt. I've been growing more and more dissatisfied with it for 2-3 years, but this year is the final straw.

Turbo tax needs more support for this error

Wont go to IRS, Mistake is Spouse AGI, This has been fixed and resubmitted many times. Still shows up as error on return.

User-Friendly and Fool Proof

Super easy to use for basic tax filing - I like that I have the options to enter numbers in myself, upload documents, or link accounts. I've also found that I get the highest tax return compared to other e-filing sites.

It was good, could just use some more hints and tips / explanations. As much info as possible on every single section, or category helps but there were many that did help me when I was uncertain.

Its an awesome tool and clears up hard stuff. The total fees should be more transparent ($40 additional fee).
