Unnecessary Fees

Easy to use but I'm paying a fee to pay with my federal refund. Doesn't make sense when I'm already paying you to file AND I have to pay to have you take it out of my refund?

Not as good as the old TT

I have used TT for a number of years now. This years format changed and is not as easy to follow. Also the counter that tracked your refund is gone, it was an incentive to keep moving!
