Garbage software

They WAY over charge for a service that should simply be entirely free. The program goes into loops and isn't even coded well. Beware of Form 2441..... I would just do my taxes myself, this isn't worth it. Every little thing in their audit defense package seems scammy. They try to sneak any extra charge in. They will charge you almost double to have their product paid with your return, and they will send your information all over the internet. Do not have your account directly linked other than by acct and rout numbers, they will spy on your account activity throughout the year and sale the information.
