Constant attempts to sell unwanted additional services is nearly a deal breaker. This must stop. Also, many financial statements could not be downloaded and had to entered manually. The final process of review and filing was very straightforward and worked well. Overall. Your program used to be more user friendly.

Watch out for hidden costs......

You have to look pout for the words, "FREE". There is nothing free about utilizing turbo tax.
When you have a few deductions, they get you with....Need to sign up for this or that to continue process.
And it costs $$.
