It's easy and convenient but it seems to me that it should be cheaper.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments

I called 800-446-8848 and reached Alaizsa who was extremely helpful and stayed with me until I was completely finished and filed. I couldn't done it without her.
I wish I could tell you about my experience with your 800 number answering system. It's abominable at best..
