Once you get used to it, it becomes easier. The hard part is collecting your personal information which you have to do anywhere you go.

I feel like the product has changed somewhat and is more difficult to navigate which made me somewhat anxious, but I am glad to have my taxes filed.

Turbo tax is highway robbery. They introduce fee after fee after fee as you go along. Whatever you thought you were about to pay, just know by the end of it all you're gonna pay waaaaaaay more! it's efficient though.
