Amazing and Seamless Process

TurboTax made it SOOOO easy to do my taxes as someone that has always asked parents or spouse to handle it. I completed it all myself. However, i found it overwhelming how many times i was prompted to spend more money on additional services to help me which means I would not need to complete it myself.
Pros: I bought or sold investments, I had a baby

TurboTax seems to get a little easier each year. There are still some confusing areas, but I suspect they are more the fault of the tax code than Turbo Tax's ability to explain what is asked.

Easy to do and not expensive. It also keeps you from having to take a whole day and go to someone else to do your taxes and charge you way too much.

over priced gimmicky garbage

the animations are smooth but I used scripted products and you guys took 200$ from me. I used to have all of my soldiers use turbo tax because its basically free but 200$? You literally pinged the irs and robin hood then had an api pull the numbers off my documents. This is the last year I'm using Turbo tax.
