Subpar Service

They claim military file for free but there was no option to receive the free version after I uploaded my W-2 and confirmed my rank. It is obnoxious to claim it will be applied and then not be able to get it for free once I get to the end or they make it too vague to find the discount. In addition to it not being free they also add a 40$ processing fee for paying with the tax return is ridiculous, much better to pay for the service that was supposed to be free with a card.
