This year TT was glitchy

My return was rejected because it pulled in the wrong AGI for last year. When I logged in to make the correction (which should have taken 5 minutes), I had to re-enter EVERYTHING!!! START ALL OVER!!!

Not worth the cost!

The software is fine, easy to use. The cost to use TurboTax is outrageous. Suddenly, you have to pay an additional fee for TurboTax to deduct the cost from your return. For $400, I could have a tax expert do my taxes for me. This will be the last year I file my taxes using TurboTax.

Intuit is a Rip Off

I payed all year for Quik Book self employed. You removed the app from the app stores so I had to pay extra for an extra mileage tracker. Then when I do my taxes which self employed used to include, you decide to hit me with a 203 dollar charge for what I used to get for free. And as time has gone on Turbo Tax has become even clunkier. Guess what you lost a customer over this disaster.
