Charged me for filing taxes in a state I worked in, then after my payment went through said I don't owe any taxes to that state. So why am I paying you to file taxes to a state that I don't owe taxes to. This whole service has become bloated and annoying. Why are you checking whether I need to pay taxes to the state AFTER I've paid you to file them??
