Turbotax is great until state returns...

Turbotax is telling me I am having net business losses and Marihuana company losses (?) so I need to fill out additional forms and then submit my state return by mail. I do not have these and cannot find a place to make changes to then submit my return. I have already paid to submit my state. I cannot find online help for this.

Too expensive

This service is good at helping me through the tax process but it's far too expensive. Especially being that I have used the product for many years now, and I see ads for new customers to pay half of what I had to pay to file. That's ridiculous. I'll likely switch to another company next year to save money

Have used TT for over a decade now and it's the best self driven tax application that I have ever used, with a fair price and very flexible for what I need in my situation of having a normal 9-5 Job along with a Small Business!

To Expensive

everything was imported from last year but not correctly. at 1st it said I owed over $5,000. I had to go in a fix things and now I am getting a small refund. For me to enter all the information and fix the mistakes I shouldn't have to pay for this, the fees are way to high and they nickel and dime you for everything little thing.

Poor Experience

This was ridiculous. It kept saying that it could not e-file my return, and the company refused to refund me the ~$140 I spent even though their product did not work for me. What awful customer service!!! I finally got the thing to e-file now at least... time will tell if it gets accepted or not. Also, was pretty hard to use turbotaxess online prebuilt questions related to having a HSA account instead of being able to insert that info yourself.
