First Time Filing With TurboTax

I enjoyed the simplicity of this service. It made my tax filing experience super easy and quick. I've filed with other services in the past, so I'm familiar with the online filing process. However, TurboTax really shined with the insights and 'Learn More' options that helped clarify any questions I had about specific line items and how I should input information. I deducted a star because of the fees associated with filing. Since I have self employment income, I had no choice but to upgrade to the Premium option for both Federal and State. They offered the option to pay with refund, which is great but that added on a $40 fee. Then to get the refund early, there's another $25 fee. They wouldn't allow me to link my Credit Karma account for the $0 fee option so that's a bummer. Other than the high fees, the service was great.

I'm not happy in did not automatically pull my second 1099 DIV off the uploaded document from American Century and it did not automatically pull my 1099-B statements. Additionally, why did it not calculate both my state returns only the Kansas one and allow for me to efile them both together?
