I had to have a live person help me with my State Taxes and Mandy was Amazing! She took the time to go over everything multiple times to make sure everything was entered. I can't say enough good things about her.

gREAT BEGINNING BUT BOGGED DOWN IN FILING. I got accurate filling results quickly but had a lot of problems actuall doiing tghe filing.
