I had a very bad experience this year with Turbo tax. They had a system problem and i had to call every day for 5 days because it let me sign and submit my taxes. I stayed on the line over a hour trying to get someone to help me submit them. Everyone kept taking me through the same steps when i kept asking for a transfer to someone with more experience. I finally got it through on day 6 of stress and hours on the phone

I have been using turbo tax to do my own taxes for several years now and have found it very easy to use and very helpful in working through the process and learning about taxes. As my situation has become more difficult Turbo Tax has been there to help me decide whether to take the standard deduction or the itemized deduction. I feel happy with my annual returns and will continue to use them in the future.
