If I could give turbo tax 0 stars I would. This company is robbing it's users absolutely blind. I did my taxes by myself with no help and they charged me $140 for supposedly choosing to use their 'Premium services'. There was no option to opt out of these so called 'premium services' at any point and they were just tacked on to my account with no action of my own. I tried to use free tax USA but turbo tax makes it impossible to find the previous years AGI which is necessary to file your taxes. I am fuming. Negative stars turbo tax.
