Almost Flawless

I've been using TurboTax for at least 15 years and, as usual, it is always a good experience! I love how they import your last year's information so to make data entry less intensive and how they can import your financial information too (1099-DIVs, 1099-INTs, etc).The only problem I had this year was when choosing to upload an electronic file I already had for a 1099-DIV form (a .pdf). When it imported that pdf into the program, it got my address wrong (had the wrong state). So when the program went to perform the 'federal check', it found an error: the zip code didn't match the state. There was no way for me to change this on the form or in the program. So I had to delete that 1099-DIV from the Income area and re-add it manually (just type the information in). Really no big deal - only took a few minutes.

I've used Turbo Tax for as long as I can remember to file my own taxes. Their software makes it easy to enter all the information correctly and not miss any credits or pertinent info. I appreciate the double check at the end to make sure everything was done properly, and especially like the peace of mind that Max benefits provides.
