Making Me Buy TurboTax Premium AT THE END

The fact that I was not told I would need TurboTax Premium until after I had entered in all my information and spent all that time doing so is shameful and unacceptable. I will not use again for filing next year!

The 4th One Was the Charm!

Overall very good. I made one error on a form 2210. After three live person connections, the fourth person helped me solve the problem. The case # was 1543222001. The fourth person to help was a person by the name of Maria. She was a big help!!

Difficult to upload PDF; finally succeeded after 5th try.
Not an "intuitive" system; very clunky.
No help for simple system problems that are Turbo Tax problems rather than operator error.
