gets suckier each year. I've already learned to watch out for those "gotcha" boxes where they try to trick you into higher priced add-ons.
This year, kept looping me through the same questions repeatedly.

high cost for what you get

cost too high compared to other competitors. I feel ripped off the cost was way too high. for my tax bracket I should be able to file for free. Sie advertises it allows you to file for free but hits you in the end with an exhorbrent cost.
