Turbo Tax- Quick & Easy

Turbo Tax provided we with the support needed to complete my taxes with a peace of mind. The questions were easy to complete, previous information was prepopulated, and the info boxes helped me to understand some unfamiliar terns.

E-file BUG and cannot speak to a person

I am a loyal TurboTax user for more than 20 years. But this year it rejected my e-file of federal with no links to explain how to fix the problem. I cannot speak to a person at Inuit about this unless I pay for a tax expert. I do NOT need a tax expert. I need someone to help with the software and/or the platform. Even the IRS cannot help me. Now I am forced to print and mail the forms - at my expense of mailing and printing.
