I've been filing with TurboTax since 2014 and it's been so helpful since I barely know what I'm doing! I've never had an issue come up and they make it super easy to make sure you have all the information you need so you know why your refund is what it is,

Premium Pricing

I have used TurboTax for years and only ever had minor issues such as when I was on active duty being unable to get to file for free. However, this year I have been in school and not working thus I have a lower return and yet I was forced to file under the premium for adding a 1099-B. I understand upgrading the federal, but the state too? My return was $48 and you charged me $39 to file (excluding sales tax). Then to pay from my federal return you want to charge an additional $40 processing fee. It's absolutely ridiculous and seems like TurboTax is money-hungry. I will be filing through another company next year with lower fees. I like the convenience of filing as the process is seamless and not time-consuming. However, the excessive fees have left a negative impression.
