Turbo Tax is the BEST

Turbo Tax has helped me do my taxes for multiple years in a row. I have tried other free services online, but none are as user friendly as Turbo Tax. I am so thankful to be able to save money and do it myself online with their help when needed! It is also a blessing to have MAX where they will help in case of an audit.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

TurboTax Steals

Wanted to go through the process myself, see what TurboTax said I was going to get and the cost to file. However, when payment time came I decided to use TurboTax. However I had already put in my payment information, but DID NOT press confirm for my order. TT decided that it didn't need that consent and charged my card anyway.

Turbo is good but not perfect

Turbo Tax works out fine for the most part but....it will still take longer than what is estimated to finish. Also, there are forms and worksheets that you are asked to input a number that should have been automatically entered by the system since it has all of your information anyway. this situation sends you scrambling to find answers and is frustrating. Turbo Tax is good but not perfect.
