Couldn't do my taxes without Turbo Tax

Makes my job of filing my tax return extremely easy. Turbo Tax asks me all the necessary questions neede to process my return and gives me hints when necessary.

The WORST year of turbo tax

this year has been the most difficult turbo tax to work with. difficult to locate information once entered. lots of upsales. verification code sent by email never received after multiple attempts. editing information difficult. directions are NOT intuitive (want to fill out a VSI form? - what the heck is that - had to look it up because not included with question. sent in circles when trying to edit info on state tax.
