Review of Turbo tax

It used to be much smoother. It gets a little less smooth each year. Examples: Asking me if I chose standard deduction. You know what I chose, why are you asking me? Then at the end, filling out my direct deposit info for Federal.. it asked if I want to save the info.. I said yes, then for State, direct deposit.. I had to type it all in manually again. Also, along the way, it asks mysterious questions that it didn't used to ask. I used to feel more confident in the taxes as they didn't ask me strange questions I was not as sure about.

Keep going back to the beginning of a section

I had to re-enter information several times. It just went around in circles several times. I would click continue and it would go back to the beginning of that section. I got all the way through and thought I was finished and later that day I got an email that said I had not submitted my return so I had to go back in and finish again. Very aggravating.
