it says to deduct $40 out of $129 from using premium service as a discount, but then it added $40 processing fee eventually. How was that a discount?!

Turbo Tax is My Go To

I have been using Turbo Tax for a number of years. I like it. I don't like the same glitch appearing year after year. The problem with 1099R box 14a having a value and 16 being empty. This always comes back as an error. Please fix this.
I was able to get help from an agent last year and this year. This year, Crstal helped me. She was very understanding and patient. Very professional.

This was much easier than I expected. I have used a FABULOUS tax person for a decade, but he fell ill this year. I was anticipating struggle but this was great.
