TurboTax isn't what it used to be...

Took my money, but never filed the tax initially. A lot of fees that are hard to cancel, I upgraded because they made me last year, but there is no clear option to back out of the levels; your locked in. TurboTax used to be a good easy platform, but now they're upcharging for the same product.

Turbo Tax is Good

I had a difficult time with the new format on Turbo Tax. I’ve been doing my taxes with turbo Tax for a long time and have never had trouble until this time. I had to cut a star because of some difficulty.
