Additional Charges and NO representaive????

This year, the random additional charges to use Turbo tax is ridiculous. I paid $277 to not have a rep? Also, now all of a sudden my return is also lower. I'm very disappointed

TurboTax pain.

I found TurboTax to be very confusing this year. I would sign into TurboTax only to be sent to Intuit. I didn't know I was in Intuit until I realized I was only viewing my personal info. I had to look for the "take me to TurboTax" click on. I uploaded 2 IRA statements, but the info wasn't put where it was supposed to go. I messed around until I got it to work ( I think I went to where it was uploaded to and clicked on it and then it worked?) Some of the questions I thought TurboTax would automatically insert the information, mostly the IRA info, but didn't. I think I figured it out fair. Other than that, finishing was like a maze. It was trying to get me to use a different way to GET paid and TO pay. And to pay to get paid quicker. It probably took me a half hour just to get to the finish line. Other than that, it was fine.
