its cool they say you can do the no fee one and still end up paying 200 plus but I guess

Frustrating!

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years, but this year, I found it to be more difficult. It was redundant, frustrating and not as easy as some previous years. One thing that frustrated me was having to go back to several previous years for data. Since I used Turbo Tax, why couldn't you pull the data up from those years? I may look at other services next year, or may just do it in on my own.

I have been using TurboTax for 5 years and it has been always easy, accurate, and simple. And my returns have always been direct deposited to my checking account. I am highly satisfied with the experience.
