Turbo Tax has never failed me, and they continue to improve use interface, ease of use, and a sense of confidently filling out and submitting my taxes each year. I trust this company to handle my taxes each year, and I'm more than a decade in at this point!

Stop the Upgrade Recommendations

The pops up for upgrading products needs to stop. That junk seems really predatory. I went through my return the first time and somehow got stuck with premium live and took me several minutes to figure out how to clear my return and do it all over again. Stop recommending upgrades, it's frickin' annoying.
