OK but didnt like being deceived

turbo tax is ok; it's easy, but they hide fees. all of a sudden, I'm charged to pay with my refund, and they hide it by offering me some sort of protection. I don't like being deceived.

I thoguht turbo tax is free to fill out my tax information but at the end, turbo tax don't let me go through without pay $169.
