I have been using TurboTax for a few years and the best thing about it is the guidance. I have tried other services but this one is straight forward and easy to use.

Software not as good as older versions

Compared to past years the product has really regressed. There were times where I deleted information and after re-entering the data I got different results with the same information. I still don't understand a couple of the numbers in a couple of places and believe they are probably incorrect but had no way to modify. I hate that you cannot see the return forms without generating a read-only version and cannot enter the data directly on the forms if you believe something is incorrect. I used the free version so I guess I got what I paid for.
